Swimming
As a triathlon association, we want give our members the chance to practice their swimming technique and endurance together. That is why every Monday, our members gather to practice their swimming technique together between 10:45 and 14:00. Small groups can plan their training according to their own schedules, allowing for more of our members to improve.

We all know that swimming laps can get a little repetitive and perhaps even boring when done alone. That is why we also try to do this together as much as possible, gathering every Friday between 7:30 and 14:00. During this time, our members go on their endurance swim together, making it a more social practice that will drive you to go long together. Also for this practice, members can plan their training based on their own schedule.

Cycling
For our members that have SCB sports rights, we organize a weekly indoor biking session every Tuesday between 20:30 and 21:15. We coordinate this within the association, to get as many members as possible to join. Once the sun starts to come out long enough to make outside riding in the evening safe again, we will organize outside group rides, focusing on technique and endurance together. We will announce when our outside rides begin, but depending on the weather we estimate that we can begin in the middle of March.

Core training
As triathletes, we consider the core an important part of proper exercise.
Good core strength makes exercising more fun, and it will be easier to focus on technique during trainings. This is why every Wednesday we come together with a trainer on work on our core between 19:30 and 20:30. We will work on proper form during exercises while building strength and endurance. These trainings will have a very open structure, if you want to learn more about specific exercises or if you are unsure about your form, we will help you.

Running
As a student triathlon association, we want to stimulate our members to move. One of the fastest and easiest ways to do this is to go running. Within our association, members can communicate and plan runs together, to make it less boring and to motivate each other. Need some more help with the basics, or do you want to join a regular training? We also organize a run with a trainer each week on Thursday between 19:00 and 20:30. On these runs, one of our trainers will be present to do specific exercises like intervals together with you and to help you with pointers on technique.

Social events
Next to our trainings, we also organize social events. Here, we try to let our members meet each other to exchange our thoughts on triathlons and perhaps some beverages.
